Take orders on WhatsApp or Telegram → process payments instantly → print tickets in your kitchen. No missed orders. No chaos. Just more sales and less stress.

Watch Orders Flow From Customer to Kitchen in Seconds
Here’s what it looks like in real life:
Customer orders via WhatsApp or Telegram
Stripe processes payment automatically
Kitchen ticket prints instantly — or pops up in Slack/Discord
Staff taps one button: “Preparing” → “Ready”
That’s it. Fast. Simple. Reliable.

Missed messages = lost orders
Confused kitchen tickets = wasted food & refunds
Answering calls while cooking = stress and slower lines
Long waits = frustrated customers walking away
Every lost order could be $17… $35… $62 gone.
Every wasted minute hurts your line speed and your bottom line.
It doesn’t have to be this way.

Where Does the Bot Live?
Your automation system runs on a secure server.
You can:
Host it on your own system — perfect if you already have tech support or a server. We can even help you set it up on a Raspberry Pi!
Host it on a VPS — we’ll help you set up your own VPS server with a trusted service so it's always online, no matter if you lose power or service in your area. This is the easiest and most reliable method.
One day while volunteering at a local park, I realized how broken the lunch rush really was.
Volunteers like me only had 30 minutes for lunch. The only options were Popeyes, Whataburger, or McDonalds — and honestly, only a Popeyes Spicy Chicken Sandwich sounds good to me out of those options. But just another block away was a row of amazing food trucks.
The problem? Wait times were unpredictable. If I tried to order from a truck, I might lose my entire break standing in line. That got me thinking: “What if I could order ahead on my phone, pay instantly, and get a notification when my food was ready, just like I could with a major fast-food restaurant app?”So I went to work. I dug into automation tools, APIs, and webhooks. I tested printers, dashboards, and chatbots. And after dozens of late nights, I built the solution I wished I had that day at the park. Now, any food truck can use it.
Customers order on their phone
Payments are automatic
Tickets print instantly in the kitchen
And customers get notified when their food is ready
It saves time for customers, reduces stress for staff, and means more sales for you. This system was born out of frustration with slow lines and a genuine desire to make food trucks compete with (and beat) fast food convenience. That’s why I’m offering it to you now — because I know the difference it makes when great food becomes fast food, without the junk.

FAQ – Your Questions Answered
Q: I’m not technical. Can I actually run this?
A: Yes. We make sure everything is fully operational, and we handle the heavy lifting and customization and ensure it’s 100% running.
Q: Do I need special equipment?
A: Not necessarily. The bot outputs PDF receipts that can be displayed any way you like.
If you want instant printed tickets, you’ll need a thermal printer (about $120–$250) and paper.
To make it plug-and-play, we recommend a Pi print agent ($197–$297), which saves you from leaving a laptop connected.
If you want to skip the VPS hosting, the Pi can replace it — saving ~$15/month.
These are optional — your system will work without them.
The Kitchen order notification display uses either Discord or Slack, both highly developed apps that work on all devices.
Q: What about hosting — where does the bot actually run?
A: You have two options:
VPS Hosting (recommended) — costs ~$12–20/month, easier to manage, and more reliable overall.
Local Raspberry Pi — runs in your truck or shop, can handle the printer too. Slightly more technical, but no VPS fees.
Q: How hard is self-hosting?
A: If you choose to self-host, you’ll need to adjust router settings, set up HTTPS, and have stable internet. On a 1–10 scale, it’s about a level 3 difficulty with our instructions. Many owners prefer a VPS server (~$12–20/mo) for ease of use. Or, if you’d like to save that fee, a Raspberry Pi can run everything locally (slightly more technical, but one-time hardware).
Q: Is this a one-time payment, or are there hidden costs?
A: The automation build is a one-time fee. You’ll also need:
VPS hosting (~$15/mo) or a Pi kit
Airtable team account ($20–24/mo)
That’s it. Ongoing Care plans are optional if you want us to maintain it for you.
Q: How quickly will this pay for itself?
A: Very quickly. In high-labor markets, reducing order mistakes and staff time can cover the setup in a few weeks. Faster lines and happier customers also mean higher repeat sales.
Q: How reliable is it?
A: Extremely reliable. We recommend proven VPS providers with high uptime, or you can run locally on a Pi as long as there’s internet and power. Payments run through Stripe — industry standard secure.
Q: Is Stripe safe for payments?
A: Yes. Stripe is an industry-standard processor used by millions of businesses worldwide. Your customer data is fully secure.
Q: What if something breaks during service?
A: With our Ongoing Care plans, we respond as quickly as possible — bug fixes, updates, and menu tweaks included depending on your plan.
Q: Can I run multiple trucks or locations?
A: Yes. Each location can have its own setup. Scaling is straightforward with additional Airtable bases, and we’ll assist in duplication. More advanced multi-location features are in development as we expand.
Q: Can I get loyalty, promos, or other custom workflows?
A: Absolutely. We can build fully branded, fully customized automations built for your business rules.
Q: Why should I trust this over Fiverr or Zapier?
A: Because the system is already built and running in n8n. We save you weeks of trial-and-error, half-working “freelancer hacks,” or Zapier’s expensive monthly fees.
Q: What if it doesn’t work?
A: We guarantee delivery of a working system as long as you do your part (ordering the VPS, sharing credentials, Airtable setup). For Custom Builds, we stay hands-on until it’s running.
